Balance: 8/10 - This seems like a fair 5 mana 3 color walker. That second ability is pretty darn good, but you can't do it too often. I do need to know if its rounded up or down. I feel like the final ability might be to hard to get to on a 'walker that costs this much. I feel like it should have been -7 or so. -10 means you have to wait 7 turns to pull it off if they do nothing. That's a long time for a 5 mana 3 color walker.
Flavour: 9/10 - Colors are a little weird, but I think you did a good job of making them all fit together. That's not easy to do with enemy tri. Good Job
Creativity: 5/5 - I'm going to be giving you full marks here. Walkers are tough to do. Enemy tri's are hard to do. You did this one well.
Quality: 4/5 - Needs to say half rounded up or down.

Balance: 8.5/10 - This card made me blink a bit. Since Extended is probably the form of magic I know the least about. I'm not sure I like the fact that the second ability makes the 'walker go away if you use it first. I'm also not a fan of the "any time you could play an instant" because that means you can do it twice, once on your turn and once on theirs. So he charges up much faster. However, Jace as a Scry 1 at a +2, so I guess it's ok.
Flavour: 8/10 - 'Walkers really should not be "build around" cards. I'm still not sure about that second ablity.
Creativity: 3/5 - I think you just took your favorit card/deck and made a 'walker based on it ;) You're more than just that.
Quality: 4.5/5 - Missing a "."

Balance: 7.5/10 - So, the card can cost anything from 4 to 6. It's very powerful, but only has 2 loyalty counters on it to start, which helps balance it. I do think that middle ability is over the top. Would you rather plague wind or have a twenty point life swing? I don't know why you would ever use the final ability. I would rather just use the middle ability twice at the point where it was at ~8 counters or so.
Flavour: 9/10 - That pic almost looks computer generated, which is very cool since it's not. But, drawing cards is not really a white or black ability... Well, I guess it is.
Creativity: 3/5 - Seems about average. I guess it's too bad, I don't count having a weird casting cost as creative.
Quality: 4.5/5 - Should be a "-" after the "choose."

Balance: 7/10 - Oh Rystic creatures. As a 3/2 kinda-sometimes unblockable, and with a rather powerful untap ability, I feel like this guy is under costed at 3. He should cost 4 or 5, even as a rare.
Flavour: 7/10 - I feel like there are too many unanswered questions with the flavor of this guy. Why is he a colorless human? Why does he Research stuff outside of the game? Why is he so intimidating? I know we all like to be unique, but sometimes we go to far.
Creativity: 4.5/5 - I guess I should give you this one shouldn't I? However, I have seen abilities like this before.
Quality: 4.5/5 - That last ability is slightly missworded. See Research.

Balance: 8/10 Very high staring loyalty, but I guess that makes sense flavor wise. The other abilities seem to be balanced based on that loyalty cost. Except that second ability seems pretty nutty since you can exile 3 of your opponents creatures or lands or 'walkers without ever having to use the first ability, and then bolt people. However, 5 mana and 3 colors is a big commitment and the permanents do come back, so it's not broken.
Flavour: 7/10 - I don't really see the flavor reason for the green mana. The green part of this card is really not resented in the abilities. Every color can make guys.
Creativity: 4/5 - Good luck at college!
Quality: 5/5 - Nothing I can see.

Balance: 8/10 - The final ability seems a bit weak, but its very easy to get to, and this is a 3 casting cost 'walker. I like this guy. But, that first ability needs a creature in play, which is a condition you shouldn't need to charge up your 'walker.
Flavour: 8/10 - The flavor is here. All of the abilities work well together, except that last one. I'm not sure if I like that you need something else in play to make use of your 'walkers final. I feel like you should get to pay 1 to flip a coin or something, but then it would have to be more than -5 I guess.
Creativity: 3.5/5 - I like the ideas presented here.
Quality: 5/5 - Nothing wrong that I can see.

Balance: 8.5/10 - This is a very interesting 'walker. I actually like the way to change him up. I do feel like for 6 mana he probably should have more starting loyalty. Since the turn you play him you probably will not be able to put any loyalty counters on him. But, that -4 is really powerful to that helps balance the low starting loyalty. I like how his -4 is really a -2 if he lives through it.
Flavour: 8.5/10 - My only problem with this guy flavor-wise is all of the "nonland" restrictions. Red is all about killing the lands. This guy costs 6, he does not need restrictions like that.
Creativity: 5/5 - I like the new take on 'walkers.
Quality: 5/5 - I can't see anything wrong.

Balance: 9/10 - Another interesting card. He is basically a creature that can charge himself up. However, the way you worded him, he stops being a Planewalker when you use his first ability, which means you can use all of his activated abilities as much as you want. I will assume you did not want it to work like that, and will take off for quality and not balance.
Flavour: 8/10 - Not quite sure where the green comes in. This card seems like it's wholly white. It should have an ability to justify its greenness.
Creativity: 5/5 -
Quality: 2/5 - "If Ison is a creature it gets +1/+1 for each counter on it." Should still be a 'walker to keep the once a turn restriction on the second ability. Also, should have reminder text that the first ability is permeant.

Balance: 8/10 - That -2 ability seems pretty weak when compared to Sarkhan Vol's +1. I really feel like this guy should cost 1RG. His abilities seem really well balanced on a 3 casting cost 'walker. However, I feel like I should be be getting more for my mana if he costs 4.
Flavour: 10/10 - His abilities are very red green. Good job.
Creativity: 2.5/5 - Nothing really jumps out at me as that original. He seems like a pretty standard 'walker.
Quality: 4.5/5 - I'm not a fan of the default square set symbol.

Balance: 9/10 - You're luckily this has a silver boarder on it.
Flavour: 9/10 - I have to say, it did make me chuck.
Creativity: 5/5 - I like it.
Quality: 5/5 - Seems ok to me.
Total: I don't know, man... Letting a silver card win? I think I'll give you an Honorable Mention.

Balance: 7.5/10 - Well, he seems pretty balanced at common... WAIT! If you pay WUBRG he is a 8/8 with all of those abilities! Heck, if you pay 4G he is a 4/4 with trample. Seems too good at common.
Flavour: 7.5/10 - I don't like the fact there is no picture. Other than that, it seems fairly flavorful.
Creativity: 3/5 - Meh.
Quality: 2.5/5 - "ifs" need to be capitalized. There should be quotations around the black ability. I'm not a fan of the default square set symbol. Sunbust should not be capitalized.
Total: 20. You didn't really put your heart into this one.

Balance: 8.5/10 - I think its pretty good for a one mana 'walker. I'd almost like to see them try to make something like that once or twice. I don't think it would have 4 abilities though.
Flavour: 8.5/10 - I can really feel the flavor here. Its a really good black blue 'walker, barley clinging to life.
Creativity: 5/5 - I like it!
Quality: 5/5 - Nothing wrong I can see.
