You can see both Urza's Rage and Phyrexian Negator.
The big News here is that Phyrexian Negator is on the reserve list.

What does this mean? Will Wizards be getting rid of the Reserve List? Will they be printing Premium cards from it? Will we have a From the Vault: Power 9 soon?

Ehh there is two things, first the specialty clause, this is a limited print run, and secondly, I always though Phyrexian Negator was horribly overrated anyway.

Well, I'm more worried about what this says about their policy than I am about whether or not they reprint a $5 card.
